Expectant Parents

It is an honor that you would consider us to care for your newborn.  Please consider coming in to meet us for a complimentary 30 minute prenatal visit.  If you grant us the privilege of joining you in the care of your baby, we offer a homemade baby blanket which we will put out at each scheduled well child visit until the baby's first birthday, at which time the blanket will be theirs. Learn More...  At the prenatal visit you may wish to choose colors or tell us your nursery theme, if you have one.

If you prefer, you may simply register with our office and the pediatrician will come to see you and your baby in the hospital.

We will need to know your name, your due date, who will be delivering your baby and where you expect to deliver. You should also tell about any expected complications (or if you prefer, you can do that during the prenatal visit at the office).

Be sure to tell your obstetrician or midwife that you have chosen Polar Pediatrics. This is especially important when you go to the hospital to deliver your baby. The staff will notify our office, and your pediatrician will come to see your baby but only if you have told them about wanting us to care for your baby.
